Among the popular specialties at the foot of Nhan mountain, banh ao is often called by the first name. This cake is made from fresh rice flour, ensuring softness and delicious stickyness.

The process of making banh xeo includes soaking the flour and pureeing to form a smooth mixture. Then, the flour is poured into small molds and steamed annually.
When the cake is cooked, the cake will be sprinkled with cotton, onion fat and sponge. The cakes are always hot and delicious wherever they are made and sold.

Ms. Dinh Thi Thao, representative of Thap Nhan restaurant on Le Trung Kien street, Tuy Hoa ward, said that the restaurant has been open for about 20 years.
Previously, the restaurant was owned by Ms. Thao's mother, starting from a small restaurant selling banh ao - a specialty of the people of the land of Nai. After that, the restaurant added many dishes such as banh xeo, banh uy, banh canh and bun ca to meet the diverse needs of diners.

Ms. Thao and five siblings in the family have worked hard together, serving all year round, without any days off, even on holidays and Tet.

Nhan Mountain is about 60m above sea level, about 1.5km around the foot of the mountain; the South borders Bach Dang and Song Chua streets (a confluence of the Da Rang river), while the East, West and North borders residential areas.
On the mountain is Nhan Tower, an ancient Champa tower architectural relic, dating back to the 11th century. In 2018, Nhan Tower was ranked as a special national architectural and artistic relic. This relic has become a destination for many tourists, especially during holidays and Tet.
