The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is level 6 (39-49km/h), gusting to level 8. The low pressure is moving in the West Southwest direction, at a speed of 15-20km/h.
Weather forecast until 7pm tonight, the tropical depression will enter the coastal areas of Dak Lak - Khanh Hoa provinces. The tropical depression is moving southwest at a speed of 25-20 km/h and weakening into a low pressure area. The strongest wind near the center of the low pressure is below level 6.
