The expected location is about 19.6 degrees North latitude - 112.4 degrees East longitude, about 170km east of Hainan Island. The intensity reaches level 6-7, gust level 9.

The wind speed has decreased to level 6, gusting to level 8.

It is forecasted that by 1:00 p.m. on June 27, the tropical depression will gradually weaken into a low pressure area on the mainland in the South of Guangxi Province (China). The center of the low pressure is located at about 23.5 degrees North latitude - 108.8 degrees East longitude.
Due to the influence of the tropical depression, the sea area west of the North East Sea (including the North of Hoang Sa archipelago) will have strong winds of level 6-7, gusts of level 9, and rough seas. Waves are 2.0 - 4.0m high.
