The fireworks display program for the Lunar New Year in Hanoi is organized to create a bustling and exciting atmosphere for people and tourists in the moment of transition between the old year and the new year.
Hanoi will deploy 11 high-altitude fireworks display points combined with low-altitude and fireworks displays, and also arrange 23 more low-altitude fireworks display points throughout the area.
Each high-altitude battlefield is expected to use 700 firecrackers, along with 60 low-altitude firecrackers and 30 fireworks and flower sprayers. For low-altitude firing points, 120 firecrackers are installed in each place, ensuring a relatively uniform organization scale between areas.
The duration of fireworks display on New Year's Eve of the Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026 in the Capital lasts 15 minutes, from 0:00 to 0:15 on February 17 (the 1st day of Tet), creating a special highlight in the moment of welcoming the new year.
