The risk level of natural disasters at sea is warned at level 2, emphasizing the level of danger due to strong winds and large waves over most of the above sea areas.

Due to the influence of the low pressure combined with the active tropical convergence zone, it is forecasted that rain and gusts of wind will significantly affect maritime activities and sea tourism.

All ships operating in the affected sea areas are at high risk of rough seas, high waves and bad weather.
