The Northeast and North Central regions continue to have showers and thunderstorms, common rainfall of 15-30mm, in some places over 80mm. Thanh Hoa to Hue areas, the North has moderate rain, heavy rain, in some places very heavy rain; the South has scattered showers, locally heavy rain.
From the Central Central region to the South Central region, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, concentrated in the late afternoon and night. Meanwhile, the Central Highlands and the South will be sunny during the day, with hot sun in some places, the highest temperature is commonly 31-35 degrees Celsius; in the late afternoon and night, there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places.
At sea, the Gulf of Tonkin has showers and thunderstorms, Northeast wind level 5, sometimes gusting level 6-7, causing danger to ships and boats.
The meteorological agency warns that thunderstorms, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind may occur. Localized heavy rain poses a risk of flash floods, landslides in mountainous areas and flooding in low-lying areas.
