The Northern region and Thanh Hoa have had rain. At Bach Long Vi station, there are strong Northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6.
On the night of October 31 and November 1, cold air was continuously strengthened, expanding to affect other places in the North Central region and the Northwest region, then affecting the Central Central region.
On land, the Northeast wind will be strong at level 2-3, and coastal areas will be strong at level 3.
Due to the influence of cold air combined with disturbances in the East wind zone, there will be rain in many places in the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Northern Nghe An.
In the North and North Central regions, it is cold, in some mountainous areas of the North, it is cold.
