The flood of Vu Gia River in Ai Nghia is 1.15 m above alert level, up 0.24 m compared to the morning; Thu Bon River in Cau Lau is 1.18 m above alert level. Tra Khuc River (Quang Ngai) is 1.27 m above alert level, up 1.18 m compared to the morning of the same day.
Floods are rising again due to heavy rain in the upstream of rivers. Rainfall from 7am to 3pm at Bach Ma peak (Hue) was 406 mm, Ba Na (Da Nang) was 232 mm, Tra Nham (Quang Ngai) was 170 mm. The meteorological agency forecasts that from this evening to tomorrow, the south of Quang Tri to Da Nang will have 100-250 mm of rain, locally over 500 mm.
From tonight to tomorrow morning, October 30, Quang Ngai will have 30-60 mm of rain, locally over 100 mm.

Weather forecast from tonight to October 31, southern Nghe An to northern Quang Tri will have rain of 70-150 mm, locally over 300 mm. Heavy rain in these areas shows signs of gradually decreasing from tomorrow afternoon.
Forecast for floods in the next 12 hours, floods on the rivers of Bo, Huong, Vu Gia - Thu Bon, Tra Khuc will continue to rise above alert level 0.4-1 most 1.8 m.
