In the Northeast region and Thanh Hoa, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally with moderate to heavy rain. From the evening and night of April 21, rain will gradually decrease, only showers and thunderstorms in a few places, sunny during the day.
Northwest in the late afternoon and night with showers and thunderstorms in some places, sunny during the day, hot in some places.
Area from Nghe An to Hue City: showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and night, especially in the West on the evening of April 20, there are scattered showers and thunderstorms. Sunny during the day, hot sunny on April 21 in mountainous areas, hot sunny in some places; hot and intense hot sunny on April 22.
In the remaining areas of the country, in the late afternoon and night there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places, sunny during the day, with hot sun in some places. In Da Nang city and eastern provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak, on April 22, there will be widespread hot sun.

The Northern region has showers and thunderstorms in some places. Especially in the two periods from the night of February 22-24, April and April 27-29, showers and thunderstorms occurred sporadically, with locally heavy rain.
North Central region from about April 23-24, there is a possibility of scattered showers and thunderstorms, with locally heavy rain.
Central Central region on April 23 has widespread hot weather. From the night of April 23 to April 25, Quang Tri and Hue City are likely to have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with locally heavy rain.
The remaining areas of the country are sunny during the day, especially the South from about April 23-24, there is a possibility of widespread hot weather.
People and tourists should be wary of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms. These phenomena can affect agricultural production, break down trees, damage houses, traffic works and infrastructure. Localized heavy rain potentially poses a risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides in steep slopes and flooding in low-lying areas.
