There is a high risk of flooding in low-lying coastal areas, river mouths, and islands from Thanh Hoa to Northern Quang Tri. From the night of August 24 to the end of August 26, the Northern Delta, South Phu Tho and the area from Thanh Hoa to Hue City will have widespread heavy rain, with common rainfall of 100-150mm, locally over 250mm. From Thanh Hoa to North Quang Tri, there will be heavy to very heavy rain, with common rainfall of 200-400mm, locally over 700mm. There is a high risk of extreme rain with an intensity greater than 200mm/3 hours.
