The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (June 26) in regions across the country.
On June 26-27, the area from Thanh Hoa to Da Nang City and the east of provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak will continue to experience widespread hot weather. The highest temperature is commonly from 36-38 degrees C, especially the area from Nghe An to Da Nang City and eastern Quang Ngai reaches 37-39 degrees C, in some places above 39 degrees C. The relative lowest humidity fluctuates from 45-50%, the hot weather lasts from 9-19 hours.
The meteorological agency predicts that hot weather in the above areas is likely to continue for many days to come. The level of natural disaster risk due to hot weather is warned at level 1.
Intense heat combined with low humidity increases the risk of fires and explosions in residential areas, forest fires and electrical incidents due to increased electricity demand. At the same time, harsh weather can cause water loss, exhaustion and affect the health of people and tourists when operating or having long outdoor contact.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 29-31 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 36-38 degrees C, in some places above 38 degrees C.

Northwest
Lowest temperature: 26-29 degrees C, especially the Northwest region 23-26 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 32-35 degrees C, in some places above 35 degrees C; especially Dien Bien and Lai Chau 30-33 degrees C.
Cloudy, showers and scattered thunderstorms in the evening and at night, locally heavy rain; sunny during the day, hot sun in some places. Light wind. In thunderstorms, beware of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Northeast
Lowest temperature: 27-30 degrees C, mountainous areas in some places below 26 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 36-38 degrees C, in some places above 38 degrees C; mountainous areas 32-35 degrees C, in some places above 35 degrees C.
Cloudy, mountainous areas in the late afternoon and night with showers, scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; midland and delta areas with light rain in some places at night, hot sunny days, intense hot sun in some places. South to Southwest wind level 2-3. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Thanh Hoa to Hue
Lowest temperature: 28-31 degrees C, in some places below 27 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 37-39 degrees C, in some places above 40 degrees C.
Cloudy, showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night; intense hot sun during the day, especially intense in some places. Southwest wind level 2-3. Need to be wary of extreme weather phenomena during thunderstorms.
South Central Coast
Lowest temperature: North 27-29 degrees C; South 25-27 degrees C.
Highest temperature: North 37-39 degrees C, in some places above 40 degrees C; South 33-36 degrees C.
Cloudy, showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night; sunny during the day, hot in some places. Especially in the area from Da Nang City to eastern Dak Lak, intense heat appears, especially intense in some places. Southwest wind level 2-3.
