Spring calligraphy festival at Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam
At the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam, the Binh Ngo Spring Calligraphy Festival 2026 takes place vibrantly from the early days of the year. The space for asking for calligraphy, admiring calligraphy and experiencing traditional art attracts a large number of participants.
Spring Flower Street at Thang Long Imperial Citadel
For the first time, the Spring Flower Street is organized in the space of Thang Long Imperial Citadel and lasts until the end of the 6th day of Tet.
With the theme "Awakening of Aspiration", the flower street includes four chapters Kinh - Ky - Vong - Hoi, combined with peach blossoms, kumquats, Dien grapefruit, flowering rice and artistic miniatures.
Visitors can also combine visiting the Hanoi Flagpole. The relic is open to visitors from the 2nd day of Tet.

Spring flower space by Hoan Kiem Lake
From now until March 3rd (the full moon of the first lunar month), the flower garden area of the statue of King Ly Thai To and Bat Giac House by Hoan Kiem Lake organizes a large-scale Spring flower garden.
More than 300 peach trees from Nhat Tan, Phu Thuong, Tu Lien, Lang Son, Sa Pa, Moc Chau and nearly 300 artistic kumquat trees are displayed, recreating the sophisticated peach and kumquat hobby of Trang An people, meeting the needs of visiting and taking photos at the beginning of the year.
Vietnamese Tet Experience Area" at Thong Nhat Park
From now until the 6th day of Tet, Thong Nhat Park becomes a cultural experience space with the program "Vietnamese Tet Experience Area".
The highlight is the participation of artisans preserving traditional crafts. Dong Ho painting artisan Nguyen Huu Hoa directly introduces woodblock printing techniques, natural colors and human values in folk painting. Meanwhile, Lang Chuong conical hat artisan Le Van Tuy guides conical hat painting.
The activities taking place throughout include painting statues, wood painting, giving books... On the 3rd and 6th days of Tet, visitors can experience making Dong Ho paintings with artisans. On the 4th and 5th days of Tet, the main activity is painting hats with Lang Chuong artisans.


Vietnamese Tet - Tet Street 2026" in Hanoi Old Quarter
The program takes place at many locations in the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, recreating the traditional Tet space, organizing Spring markets, exhibitions, and experiencing street culture and cuisine on Ta Hien street.

Spring Book Street at 19/12 street, theme "Books open Spring fortune - Welcome to the new era", takes place from February 13-20 according to a model combining book fair and cultural and artistic festival.

Museums, festivals and cultural spaces
Hanoi Museum opens for free for one month, introducing more than 7,000 documents and artifacts about the history and culture of Thang Long - Hanoi along with specialized exhibitions.
At the Village of Culture - Tourism of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups, the series "Spring Homeland" recreates Tet customs of many ethnic groups. The village opens to welcome visitors from February 18 (ie, the 2nd day of Tet), with the hand-tying ritual of the Muong people - a cultural beauty sending wishes for peace, health and good luck for the new year.

On this occasion, the traditional Tet space is also organized at Duong Lam Ancient Village.
