Cultural and entertainment activities are also organized on a larger scale than every year.


Representatives of the Dien Bien Provincial Relic Management Board said that the unit has developed a detailed plan to ensure good service for visitors throughout the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 holiday.
Accordingly, relic sites will be open to serve visitors during the Lunar New Year holidays.
To prepare for Tet, the Management Board has hung the national flag and decorated the landscape at points such as: Hill A1, De Cat tunnel, Dien Bien Phu Victory Monument, Dien Bien Phu Campaign Command in Muong Phang and Muong Thanh bridge.


In addition, personnel work is also focused on. A team of tour guides is arranged to be on duty, ready to welcome and guide tourist groups at tourist attractions.
At the Temple of Martyrs at Dien Bien Phu Battlefield and the Memorial Area of General Vo Nguyen Giap (Muong Phang commune), the preparation of the ceremony, guidance on arranging the ceremony and performing the incense offering ceremony have been carried out thoughtfully.
