In order to serve the entertainment and sightseeing needs of tourists during the Binh Ngo Tet holiday, Con En eco-tourism area (Cu Lao Gieng commune, An Giang province) will organize attractive activities, decorations and services.
According to representatives of the tourist area, this year the Tet space is invested in both scale and depth of content, aiming to create emotions for tourists to both immerse themselves in the modern Tet atmosphere and evoke traditional cultural values.

The tourist area uses many familiar images such as apricot blossoms, peach blossoms, chrysanthemums, marigolds, lanterns, five-fruit trays... Designing an open space, creating accents with 3 check-in areas with the themes: "Western Tet Market", "Traditional Tet" and "Spring returns to Con".

Spots recreating spring markets, Tet house customs, or scenes of welcoming the New Year in the middle of the river attract many groups of families, elderly people and young people. Photography and strolling activities took place bustlingly from morning.
Besides sightseeing, many folk games are organized such as sack dancing, blindfolded goat catching, tug-of-war, throwing darts, circle fighting, ball flying... creating more entertainment options for visitors.

Notably, there is a space to experience making folk cakes and enjoying traditional dishes. Visitors can participate in making and enjoying familiar dishes such as banh khot, white bean sweet soup with coconut milk, and cooling drinks from natural herbs.
These activities not only bring entertainment experiences but also help tourists, especially the younger generation, understand and appreciate the culinary and traditional cultural values of the Southern river region.
The space of the floating islet in the middle of the river brings a feeling of detachment from the urban rhythm of life. The gentle sandy beach along the bank, river wind and natural greenery are places many people choose to rest and relax. In particular, the location adjacent to the land and water makes Con En a rare destination in An Giang, bringing a feeling of "swimming in the river like swimming in the sea".


Local seafood and vegetable sources are also brought into serving meals for guests, contributing to clarifying the characteristics of living and cuisine in the alluvial ground area.
