In January, when pink peach blossoms are still lingering on the mountainside and highland markets have just finished Tet, it is also the time when Lang Son province enters the most dense festival season of the year.

10th day: Dang Council in Dong Dang town, along with Dong Buc, Dong Mo, Hang Slip (Dinh Lap), Tro Ngo (Huu Lung) councils.
January 11th: Mo Ba Festival (Co 9 Temple, Chau 10).
January 12th: Thong Lac Festival (Tri Le - Van Quan), Long Tong Bung Kham (Trang Dinh).
January 13th: Pho Ngau Tan Lien Festival, Na Duong festival (Loc Binh), Long Tong (Bac Son), Bac Le sli singing (Tan Thanh).
January 14th: Nhi Thanh Festival, communal house - pagoda festivals.
January 15th: Bac Nga Pagoda Festival, Tam Thanh Festival, Ban Chu Festival and especially Na Nhem Festival.
January 16th: Long Tong Festival (foot of To Thi mountain).
January 17th: Ban Danh Festival (Xuat Le - Cao Loc).
January 18th: Tien Pagoda Festival, Bai Fair (Van Quan).
January 19th: Pho Ngau Festival.

January 20th: Tran Temple Festival at the West Gate (Tran Hung Dao Street).
January 21st: North Gate Temple Festival; Thong Bao Slao festival (Quoc Khanh - Trang Dinh), also known as "love festival".
January 22nd: Ta Phu Temple Festival (with palanquin procession).
January 23rd: King Le Festival (Hoang Dong).
January 26th: Loc Binh Festival.
January 27th: Dau Phao Festival - the largest festival in Lang Son with palanquin procession and firecracker painting rituals for good luck.
January 28th: Hai Yen Festival.
January 29 - 30: Hang Dap Festival (Loc Binh), Loc Yen Festival.
