The People's Committee of Quai To commune coordinated with Pha Din Cooperative to organize the opening of the Tourist Market on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2. This is the first activity to concretize the Resolution of the Quai To Commune Party Congress. In particular, the key task is to gradually build the Pha Din pass tourism area to meet provincial-level criteria.

Speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Giang A De - Secretary of the Party Committee of Quai To commune, Dien Bien province said that immediately after its establishment, the commune had developed a plan, orientation and determination to organize this tourist market.
"We will organize a fair once a month to create a place for exchanging, trading and exchanging goods and agricultural products of the people in the area," said Mr. De.

According to the reporter's research, before Pha Din Tourist Market was formed, this place was a famous tourist destination called "Pha Dinh Pass" or "Pha Dinh Dong Gio".
This tourist area has long since formed a market imbued with the Northwest highlands. When the tourist market was formed, it attracted many more booths from localities in the province.

Coming to Pha Din tourist market, visitors can not only admire the majestic natural scenery and experience the unique culture of ethnic groups but also immerse themselves in the shopping space.
Dozens of stalls from cooperatives, cooperative groups and people from all over the province participated, such as: Dien Bien Rice, shan Tuyet tea, wild honey, medicinal herbs, vegetables... grown on the fields.

Mr. Le Van Tuan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Muong Mon Commune, Dien Bien Province said: "We introduce products including: Artichoke, wine, honey, dried bamboo shoots... Through this, we want to promote these items and gradually build quality and brand according to OCOP standards".
In addition to Pha Din Tourist Market associated with tourist attractions, this historic mountain top is also favored by nature with majestic scenery, cool weather, and flowers blooming all year round.
This has led to the formation of eco-tourism destinations, such as: Pha Din Pass and Pu Pha Din and Ban Long Community Tourism. The connection of that sightseeing route has created a chain of tourism products, both bringing a rich cultural experience and being attached to nature and history.

Secretary of the Party Committee of Quai To commune - Mr. Giang A De said: "We are studying infrastructure investment, implementing training, and fostering knowledge of tourism for people. At the same time, support funding and create all conditions for tourist areas to invest in expanding their area and scale".
This is not only an activity to promote economic development but also contributes to promoting the historical value of the National Monument.
