Every evening at Tao Dan Park, the atmosphere becomes bustling when members of the Dong Gia Thai Cuc Club gather to guide martial arts for international tourists.
This special activity has been maintained for many years, coordinating with travel companies to take visitors to Ho Chi Minh City and then experience Tai Chi exercises right in the green space of the park.
The club is currently home to nearly 100 members aged 50 to over 80, becoming a familiar and reliable address for many trainees, middle-aged and elderly athletes who love Tai Chi.

During the exchanges, the club's martial artists both directly demonstrated the movements and explained in English for tourists to easily follow.
Gentle, flexible exercises help participants quickly integrate into a fun and close training atmosphere.

Although over 80 years old, Ms. Dinh Thi Lan still regularly participates in guiding martial arts for foreign tourists. Her decisive but soft movements always impress many tourists.
According to Ms. Lan, participating in exchanges not only helps to improve health but is also an opportunity to promote the friendly, hospitable image and the beauty of Vietnamese culture to international friends.

Tourists from many countries such as the UK, USA, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia or India can directly watch martial arts performances before trying out the basic movements of Tai Chi.
After getting acquainted with the martial arts moves, everyone performed the exercise again to music in an exciting atmosphere, creating a connection between members and tourists.

Mr. Vishnu Sahai, a tourist from India, said that this is the first time he has experienced martial arts practice in Vietnam even though he has been to Ho Chi Minh City many times.
He attentively performed each movement according to the instructions of the martial artists and expressed his interest in this new experience.

Meanwhile, Ms. Sarah Barbey (53 years old) from France always kept a radiant smile throughout the training session. She was particularly surprised when the elderly martial artists were still healthy, flexible and could guide in English.
Ms. Ong Ker Ying, a Malaysian tourist, was also excited to participate in the exercises with fans and said that this is a memorable experience in this trip to Vietnam, because people not only learn martial arts but also have the opportunity to exchange interesting cultures.
