On October 27, the Vung Tau Construction Investment Project Management Board said that it is dismantling the flag posts at the Hoang Hoa Tham - Thuy Van intersection ( Bai Sau, Vung Tau ward) to carry out the construction of the "Ca Ong" symbol.
With Thuy Van Square under construction and expansion, the Ca Ong symbol is expected to be deployed and put into use before the Lunar New Year 2026.
According to the design, the Ong Fish symbol is about 8m high, cast in thick red copper with a stainless steel frame; the design life is up to 100 years even in the sunny coastal weather.
At the same time, a paving ground yard and stele recording the festival of the Three Dynastic Court; water fountain and fountain, lighting, flagpole... were also created around the area with a total investment of more than 50 billion VND.

In order to change the appearance of Bai Sau area, the Thuy Van road renovation project has started with a total investment of nearly 1,100 billion VND; with the Thuy Van park and road section about 3.2km long along Bai Sau (Vung Tau).
On a total area of about 19.2 hectares, Thuy Van Park is divided into many areas including trees; squares, highlight works (Tam Thang Tower; Ca Ong symbol); community spaces, utility works... The project aims to create a friendly open space, sea view... to serve people and tourists.
