A1 Martyrs' Cemetery
A1 Martyrs' Cemetery is the resting place of 644 heroic martyrs who sacrificed in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign.

Visitors can enter to offer incense and commemorate without having to buy tickets. This is a solemn space, so visitors should wear polite clothes, do not laugh or pose for photos in the tomb area.

Muong Thanh Bridge
Muong Thanh Bridge spans the Nam Rom River, once located in the French army's stronghold system. The bridge is still used daily by people and tourists, according to the Dien Bien Provincial Relic Management Board.

Walking across the bridge and observing the architecture of the building is free. Tourists should not stand for long in the middle of the vehicle lane, climb onto the railing or gather in large groups causing traffic obstruction.
Muong Thanh pedestrian street and Nam Rom river
The space along the Nam Rom River, pedestrian street and Muong Thanh bridge area are places where cultural and artistic activities of the province often take place. The Ban Flower Festival 2026 also focuses many programs in this area.

Pha Din Pass road
