Defense Exhibition lets visitors try shooting guns and driving tanks

The Vietnam International Defense Exhibition welcomes people and visitors from 9am today, December 21, to 3pm on December 22, 2024, promising to bring many interesting experiences.

People and tourists coming to the exhibition will be able to visit the display areas, experience the XCB-01 infantry fighting vehicle made in Vietnam, and try shooting guns... which will also be displayed here.

The exhibition displays many modern weapons and equipment, including 69 types of weapons and equipment researched, developed and produced by the Vietnam People's Army from 2022 to present. Visitors to the museum will have the opportunity to experience shooting, sitting in the XCB-01 infantry fighting vehicle... along with many modern projection and exhibition technologies.

Explore the exhibition's display areas

With an area of ​​25,000m2 indoors and outdoors, the exhibition displays weapons and equipment from more than 200 units and businesses from more than 30 domestic and foreign countries.

The exhibition displays the latest equipment and technology including: Air Defense - Air Force Systems and Equipment, Navy Systems and Equipment, Army Equipment and Security Equipment Systems. Coming to each exhibition area, visitors will have the opportunity to see firsthand the items, weapons and equipment of different military branches, and at the same time learn more about the work of the Vietnamese defense force.

Show off your marksmanship

At the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition 2024, visitors have the opportunity to experience shooting many types of guns such as AK, pistols, submachine guns in the simulation room at the booth of Viettel Military Industry - Telecommunications Group.

The guns have a wireless recoil generator, which replaces the magazine, providing a realistic feeling when pulling the trigger. Meanwhile, the laser module has the function of calculating the exact bullet trajectory.

After each shot, the explosion sound is simulated from the speaker system just like in reality, increasing the authenticity and drama for visitors when experiencing shooting. This is not only a combination of modern technology and simulation techniques, but also considered an important step forward in application to training and real combat experience.

Explore military equipment and weapons

Not only admiring, people and visitors can also directly try out equipment of different military branches such as walkie-talkies, signal transmitters, military trucks... In particular, experiencing the XCB-01 infantry fighting vehicle made in Vietnam in the outdoor exhibition area promises to attract a lot of attention from visitors.

Experience modern exhibition technology

In addition to directly using and experiencing the latest weapons and equipment, visitors to the exhibition can also visually review the heroic history of the nation thanks to 3D mapping models, virtual reality glasses and try the feeling of transforming into a gunner thanks to realistic shooting simulation technology.
