In mid-June 2026, the flower hill in Pu Nhi village, Pu Nhi commune, Dien Bien province is in full bloom, creating a poetic scene.
About 25km from the provincial center, the convenient traffic route allows cars to travel to the place, this flower hill quickly became a check-in point attracting a large number of tourists, especially young people.
The combination of butterfly wings and buckwheat flowers stretching along the hillside, along with a fresh and cool climate, has brought a relaxing space.

Present at the flower garden, Ms. Hai Yen (Muong Thanh ward) said: "The space here is romantic and peaceful. Taking pictures, many of my friends were surprised and compared this scene to no less beautiful than in Switzerland".
According to Ms. Nhat Oanh (Dien Bien Phu ward), the spacious space, filled with the colors of flowers in the mountains and forests, has helped relieve a lot of stress after busy working days.
Talking to reporters, Ms. Mua Minh Viet - owner of the flower hill in Pu Nhi village - said that previously this area was only used for growing rice and cassava, but the yield was low.

Recognizing the potential of ecotourism, in April 2026, Ms. Viet's family experimented with a flower growing model on hillside land.
This is the first year my family has done the model. The hill soil is dry, many times sowing flower seeds cannot grow up, it has to be sown again many times. To keep the flower plants alive, the family has invested in a water irrigation system" - Ms. Viet said.
To create conditions for everyone to visit, the entrance fee is 10,000 VND/person. In addition, the garden also rents traditional costumes of ethnic minorities to serve the photography needs of tourists.

Thanks to the friendly approach and beautiful scenery, on average, the flower hill welcomes over 50 visitors per day. Especially on weekends, more than 100 visitors. This is a significant source of income, significantly higher than growing rice and cassava before.
Ms. Mua Minh Viet added: "In the following seasons, the family will continue to improve the soil, make more miniatures and plant new flower varieties.
