Dien Bien plans to spend more than 4.2 billion VND to promote tourism on Vietnam Airlines flights

Dien Bien - An estimated cost of more than 4.2 billion VND will promote the province's tourism image on Vietnam Airlines' media channels.

Recently, Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Phu has just signed Decision No. 1107, approving the policy and expected funding for the implementation of the tourism image promotion program on the media channels of Vietnam Airlines.

Dien Bien Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is assigned to perform the task and implement it in 2 years 2026 - 2027. The total estimated cost for the project is more than 4.2 billion VND, from public service funds under the local budget.

The promotion program will be implemented with 3 contents. On Heritage publication, 3 specialized articles will be implemented to promote tourism images to introduce to domestic and international passengers about the Dien Bien Phu Special National Relic, traditional cultural identity of ethnic groups, natural landscapes, typical tourist destinations and human images.

On the Heritage Guide publication, build 1 publication/specialized travel guide in bilingual English - Vietnamese with a scale of about 40 - 50 pages, published about 40,000 - 50,000 copies/month on flights.

Film promotion on aircraft (landing time frame - Landing), building 1 tourism promotion clip lasting about 3 minutes to be broadcast on domestic and international flights for 3 months at the aircraft landing time frame.
