The event takes place during the holiday, towards celebrating the Traditional Day of the People's Security Forces. The program is staged on a large scale, combining traditional art with modern technology. Many experiential activities are designed to attract people and tourists, creating a vibrant atmosphere for the coastal city.
The highlight is the gala night held in the east bank area of the Dragon Bridge. On the Han River, the Police, military and border guard forces coordinate to practice performance situations. Mobile, chasing, and handling underwater situations are built methodically, creating clear action highlights.
On the Dragon Bridge, stuntmen practice rope swings from above combined with water performances. This activity creates a strong visual effect, contributing to increasing the attractiveness of the program. Along with that, the mass force including officials, soldiers, union members, students participates in parade and walking training on the bridge.
The program features many artists such as My Tam, Vo Ha Tram, Dong Hung, Duong Hoang Yen. The performances are built in the direction of politics combined with entertainment, towards the message of honoring the sacrifice and dedication of the security forces.
The ending point was the art fireworks display in the West bank of the Han River. The performance space was expanded, creating a spreading effect, attracting a large number of people to watch.
