Hanoi arranges 5 fireworks display locations on National Day September 2, 2026.

According to the plan, Hanoi will organize fireworks displays at 5 locations in the city on the evening of September 2nd, serving people and tourists during the National Day holiday.

Fireworks display sites in Hanoi include:

- Site No. 1: In front of the headquarters of Hanoi Moi Newspaper (old) at 44 Le Thai To, Hoan Kiem ward.

- Site No. 2: In front of Hanoi Post Office, Hoan Kiem ward.

- Site No. 3: Dao Dua, Thong Nhat Park, Hai Ba Trung Ward.

- Site No. 4: F1 racetrack, National Sports Complex, Tu Liem ward.

- Site No. 5: Lac Long Quan flower garden, Tay Ho ward.

The firing points combine high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks. The total number of high-altitude fireworks used is 3,700. Of which, two battlefields in Hoan Kiem ward each have 800 fireworks; three battlefields in Tu Liem, Tay Ho and Hai Ba Trung wards each have 700 fireworks.

For low-altitude fireworks, the city plans to use 390 platforms. Two battlefields in Hoan Kiem ward each with 60 platforms; three battlefields in Tu Liem, Tay Ho and Hai Ba Trung wards each with 90 platforms.

Fireworks display time is scheduled from 9:00 PM to 9:15 PM on September 2, 2026.

To ensure safety, the City People's Committee assigned the Hanoi Capital Command to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches and People's Committees of wards to deploy the construction of battlefields, transportation, installation of fireworks, equipment and organize fireworks according to the plan.

The City Police are assigned to coordinate in ensuring security and order, social safety, and fire and explosion prevention in fireworks display areas before, during and after the program.

People's Committees of Hoan Kiem, Tu Liem, Tay Ho and Hai Ba Trung wards are responsible for propaganda and organizing cultural and artistic activities to serve people in the shooting area; and at the same time ensure site clearance, environmental sanitation, lighting and support forces when situations arise.

With 5 battlefields spread in the central and western areas of the city, the fireworks display program on the evening of September 2nd is organized to create a joyful atmosphere, serving people and tourists on National Day.

People and tourists when coming to fireworks viewing areas should proactively arrange time, choose suitable locations and move early to avoid crowded situations.

Participating tourists need to follow the instructions of functional forces, do not jostle, push, or arbitrarily park vehicles on roads around the organizing area.

Families with young children should pay attention to observing, keeping children under control; and at the same time limit carrying bulky items for convenient movement.
