Routes in the area from Ring Road I to Ring Road II (except for routes strictly prohibited in Section 2):
Temporarily ban trucks with a total designed weight of 1.5 tons or more, passenger cars with 16 seats or more (except for vehicles with protection badges, vehicles serving the Ceremony, priority vehicles, public service vehicles, buses, garbage collection vehicles, vehicles handling and fixing incidents).

The city police recommends that people from provinces and localities coming to Hanoi capital attend activities of the Ceremony to celebrate the use of cars to transport passengers and public transport, especially elevated trains (route No. 2A Cat Linh - Ha Dong: From Yen Nghia Station - Ha Dong Ward to Cat Linh Station - O Cho Dua Ward; route No. 3 Nhon - Hanoi Station: from Nhon Station - Tay Tuu Ward to Cau Giay Station - Giang Vo Ward); walking on a number of streets in Ba Dinh Ward, Hoan Kiem, Cua Nam, Hai Ba Trung, Giang Vo, Ngoc Ha and locations around Ba Dinh Square.
