On May 13, Hai Phong organized 6 fireworks display locations on the occasion of the 70th Anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day and the Opening of the Phuong Do Flower Festival - Hai Phong 2025.
The three high-altitude fireworks display locations interspersed with low-altitude fireworks include:
Screening Point No. 1: Area of the Political - Administrative Center Square in the new urban area of Bac Song Cam, Thuy Nguyen City
Shooting spot No. 2: An Bien Lake Area, Ngo Quyen District
Screening Point No. 3: Vinhomes Vu Yen Urban Area Park and Square, Thuy Nguyen City (under the management of VinGroup Group - Joint Stock Company).
Three low-altitude fireworks display locations include:
Shooting spot No. 4: The yard area behind the City Theater, Hong Bang District
Screening Point No. 5: Southern Concrete yard, Duong Kinh District Administrative Center;
Shooting spot No. 6: Stadium, Tien Lang District.
At scores 1 and 2, 500 high-altitude fireworks and 90 low-altitude fireworks displays will be launched at each location.
At score 3, 300 high-altitude firecrackers, 80 platforms and 500 low-altitude firecrackers, 300 flower spraying tubes were fired.
Scores 4, 5 and 6 will see 90 low-altitude fireworks displays/1 point.
The shooting time is on the evening of May 13, 2025.
At the score of 1, shoot for one minute, after the speech of the city leaders; shoot for 15 minutes, 15 minutes before the art program ends.
At the remaining locations, shoot for 15 minutes (before the cultural and artistic program ends for 15 minutes).
The program time for the Commemoration and Opening Ceremony of the 2025 Phuong Do Flower Festival - Hai Phong is expected to take place from 20:10 to 9:56 p.m. on May 13. Fireworks are expected to launch at 9:41 p.m.
