The 2nd Thang Long - Hanoi Festival in 2026 is hosted by the Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with departments, agencies, branches, localities and related units, in order to continue to honor, preserve and promote the value of Thang Long - Hanoi cultural heritage; promote artistic creation on the traditional foundation, strengthen domestic and international cultural exchanges, contribute to the development of cultural industries and promote the image of the Capital.
The festival is implemented in many cultural spaces, heritage sites and public spaces, creating a journey of experience throughout Hanoi.
