In the context of increasingly shifting tourism demand towards experiencing identity, emotions and authentic connection, the 2026 stimulus program is built as an invitation for tourists to "touch" the original values of the destination, from nature, heritage, cuisine to the rhythm of local community life.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Tao Viet Hai - Deputy Director of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City said that in 2026, the city aims to welcome 19.1 million visitors, including 8.7 million international visitors and 10.4 million domestic visitors, while focusing on improving the quality of experience and the ability of tourists to return.
Da Nang's consistent orientation is to develop sustainable tourism, creating differentiation through depth of experience and identity values," Mr. Hai emphasized.
According to Mr. Tao Viet Hai, the announcement of the program in Hanoi is the opening activity for a series of promotions in the Northern market, in which Hanoi continues to be a key market for Da Nang tourism.
Through the stimulus program in 2026, the city aims to position destinations "not just to come, but to live together, feel and return", contributing to promoting sustainable tourism development in the coming period.

The Da Nang tourism stimulus program 2026 is implemented throughout the year, divided into specific periods. From February to April, the city focuses on launching and promoting craft village tourism and energy - healing tourism products.
May-June period is the peak of summer stimulus, associated with major festivals and events such as Da Nang Food Tour Festival, Da Nang Enjoyment Festival, International Fireworks Festival DIFF 2026.
From July to September, the focus is on health care products, community culture, connecting the Ngoc Linh Ginseng Festival and international medicinal herbs; the year-end period focuses on stimulating culinary, cultural, resort and health care tourism.
The highlight of the program is 5 journeys - 5 "touch points" experiences, including: Touching Heritage with craft village tours and activities with artisans; Touching Silence associated with health care and healing tourism; Touching Preciousness exploiting ecotourism and community tourism; Touching Moments through a series of festivals and events; and Touching Taste with a system of products and festivals honoring Quang cuisine.

In addition, Da Nang is implementing the program "I Love Da Nang - I Love Da Nang" to attract international tourists who have been to the city back in 2026, focusing on key markets such as Korea, China, Japan, ASEAN and destinations connecting new air routes.
Participating tourists have the opportunity to receive more than 25,000 gifts, including accommodation vouchers, entrance tickets, food, health care and valuable prizes such as air tickets, package tours, high-class resort combo.
In 2026, Da Nang will for the first time implement a mechanism to encourage tourism content creators, with awards and recognition badges for content that spreads the original value of the destination.
