According to the report of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City, the total number of visitors served by accommodation establishments in the 1 month of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2025 qualifying round (DIFF 2025) from May 31 to June 30 reached about 1.17 million, an increase of nearly 10.3% over the same period in 2024.
Of which, the first 5 fireworks nights alone attracted nearly 400,000 visitors, equivalent to the total number of visitors for the entire DIFF season in 2024.
In June 2025, revenue from accommodation, food and beverage and travel services across the city is estimated at about VND 3,869 billion, an impressive growth of 22% over the same period in 2024.
The city's room occupancy rate is high, ranging from 80-85%. In particular, the 4-5 star hotel block and the central and coastal areas have recently reached a capacity of 85-90%.

DIFF 2025 is held on a larger scale than previous years, extending one more competition night. Therefore, it is forecasted that the number of visitors will continue to break out strongly in the final night on July 12, with an expected increase of 15-20%.
The latest statistics show that, before the final round, many high-end accommodation establishments have announced that they are out of rooms, and the whole city is expected to reach the capacity of 90-95% during this peak season.
In particular, room occupancy at 4-5 star hotels, central and coastal areas, with a beautiful fireworks viewing view can reach 100%.
On the night of July 12, the Han River (Da Nang) will shine again with the final night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival, where the competition between the two fireworks teams Z121 Vina Pyrotech (Vietnam) and Jiangxi Yanfeng (China) will take place.
