
The solemn opening ceremony of the Namaste Vietnam Festival 2025 (Hello Vietnam) will take place on November 18, 2025 in Ninh Binh province. The event was sponsored by the Embassy of India in Vietnam, with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; the National Administration of Tourism and the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province.
According to Mr. Rahul Bali, director of Innovations India, the organizer of Namaste Vietnam Festival, this year's event brings together many Bollywood artists such as Riya Sen, Divya Agarwal, Donal Bisht, Niharica Raizada and international directors Rahat Shah Kazmi and Chandrakant Singh.
Representatives of India's two leading film production companies, Reliance Entertainment and Red Chillies Entertainment (owned by superstar Shah Rukh Khan), will also attend to strengthen film cooperation between the two countries.
A high-ranking delegation from the Indian state of Mizoram will also attend the festival for the first time. This is an important highlight, promising to open up opportunities for bilateral cooperation in tourism and trade between the two sides.
The event also welcomed a group of tourism businesses and leading wedding organizers from India to survey outstanding locations in Vietnam, promote travel trends and wedding destinations for the Indian market.

In parallel with the festival, Ninh Binh also organizes the International Conference "Ninh Binh - a strategic destination for tourism, cinema and high-end weddings" taking place from November 17 to 19, 2025.
The event aims to expand international cooperation, improve promotional capacity and affirm the attractiveness of Ninh Binh destination in the new context.
The conference emphasized strategic goals such as clarifying the potential for tourism development associated with cinema and the high-end wedding market; creating a forum for exchanging policies and experiences in promoting destinations through cinema and culture; promoting connections between management agencies, businesses, investors, artists and film production crews at home and abroad.
The conference also proposed ways to connect experiential tourism, film creativity and the high-end wedding industry, while introducing products and services such as resorts, filming - wedding photography services, organizing art events, eco-resorts and wedding tourism models suitable for the needs of Vietnamese and international visitors.

Ninh Binh is stepping up up upgrading tourism infrastructure, including developing 5-star hotels and an international airport project 20 km from the center, to welcome international visitors in the future. Possessing nearly 90 km of coastline, a unique ancient church system and a Mother worship worshiping temple recognized by UNESCO, Ninh Binh continues to affirm its position as a "green gem" of Northern tourism. hosting a large-scale international event is an opportunity for the local image to spread more strongly on the world tourism map.
