On the morning of June 13, news from Nghi Xuan Commune People's Committee said that this locality has just issued a decision approving the investment policy for the project to build a protective embankment and an internal road combined with auxiliary infrastructure from the parking lot to the Cho Cui Temple area (phase 1).
The project has a total investment of about 21 billion VND from donations, sponsorships and other legal capital sources mobilized by the investor.
Nghi Xuan Commune General Service Center is assigned to be the investor; implementation time in 2026 - 2027.
Currently, the Nghi Xuan Commune General Service Center is establishing a site clearance team, focusing on propaganda to help people understand and agree to implement the project; and at the same time coordinate with consulting units to urgently complete dossiers and legal procedures to implement the project in accordance with the law.
The project aims to gradually complete the infrastructure to serve tourists at Cho Cui Temple, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality, creating budget revenue.
Cho Cui Temple is a unique and ancient architectural work started from the Le Dynasty, located at the foot of Ngu Ma mountain on the banks of the Lam River in Nghi Xuan commune. The temple was recognized as a national historical and cultural relic in 1993.
