On November 27, the Department of Tourism of Binh Dinh province announced that it had released a report summarizing tourism activities in 2024 and key directions and tasks for 2025.
According to the Department of Tourism of Binh Dinh province, in 2024, the number of visitors to the province is estimated at 9.2 million, an increase of 83.9% compared to 2023 (93,850 international visitors, more than 9.1 million domestic visitors); tourism revenue is estimated at VND 25,500 billion, an increase of 55.4% compared to 2023 (VND 16,405 billion).
Tourist attractions that welcome a large number of visitors include Eo Gio - Nhon Ly (397,000 visitors); Hon Seo, Hon Sun, Rang beach, Da De beach, Green Stone Road, Phuong Mai Sand Hill (353,000 visitors); Ky Co (270,000 visitors). Binh Dinh Provincial Museum, Twin Towers, Duong Long Tower, Canh Tien Tower, Banh It Tower (over 170,000 visitors).
Quang Trung Museum, Special National Relic Site of Tay Son Tam Kiet Temple; Admiral Bui Thi Xuan Temple; Grand Tutor Vo Van Dung Temple; Kinh Thien Monument Site; Nguyen Sinh Sac Memorial Site at District Headquarters Relic Site (over 170,000 visits).
In 2024, Binh Dinh province will host many large-scale events and activities of international stature, attracting a large number of people and domestic and foreign tourists.

Currently, tourists tend to fly from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to Tuy Hoa (Phu Yen), Pleiku (Gia Lai), and Buon Ma Thuot (Dak Lak) airports, then use road transport (personal cars, buses, etc.) to visit and travel in Binh Dinh.
In addition, the number of visitors to Binh Dinh by train has also increased, leading to the number of flights to the province this year reaching only more than 4,000, a decrease of more than 1,000 flights compared to 2023.
Speaking to Lao Dong, Mr. Tran Van Thanh - Director of Binh Dinh Province Department of Tourism said that 2024 is a year of strong growth for tourism in the province. Cultural and sports festivals are organized in association with the strengths of each locality, creating new tourism products, contributing to the goal of making Binh Dinh tourism a key economic sector in the period of 2020 - 2025.
"This is the first time Binh Dinh has reached more than 9 million visitors and tourist revenue of VND25,500 billion, a signal that the province's tourism is developing rapidly," Mr. Tran Van Thanh affirmed.
