On November 22, nearly 1,000 union members, youth, tourists and environmental workers simultaneously took action to clean up dozens of tons of garbage that washed up on the coast of Nha Trang after the historic flood. Thereby, contributing to restoring the landscape and raising public awareness.
The huge amount of waste, including tree trunks, canopy, plastic bottles and household waste, makes collection a big challenge.

Ms. Huynh Thi Nhu Y, Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union, said: "The amount of garbage is currently very large, so the collection will take a long time. However, with the shock spirit of union members and young people, we will continue to work until Nha Trang beach is restored to its original state.
This activity not only cleans the environment but also raises public awareness in preserving ecological landscapes, responding to climate change and promoting the volunteer role of Khanh Hoa youth.
