Total revenue from tourists reached VND16,850 billion, up 14.5%.
In Gia Lai (old), the same period recorded 890,000 visitors, an increase of 16%, with revenue reaching 493 billion VND, an increase of 11% over the previous year.
The provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has organized a display of beautiful photos and tourism products at Phong Nha Cave, Quang Tri Province; at the same time, organized a booth displaying products and images of Quy Nhon - Binh Dinh tourism in Hanoi City on the occasion of the 236 Anniversary Festival of Ngoc Hoi - Dong Da Victory (from January 1 to February 4, 2025).

Ms. Do Thi Dieu Hanh - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Gia Lai province - said that in the last 6 months of the year, the province set a target of welcoming 4.4 million visitors, with expected revenue reaching 11,160 billion VND, and at the same time developing 12 new tourism products.
To maximize the potential of forest and sea tourism after the merger, Gia Lai will promote at international events such as the KITS Fair (Korea), WTM London and the Tourism Development Linking Conference between Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and the Central Key Economic Zone.
