Mr. Bui Van Manh - Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Tourism said that from the beginning of 2024 until now, tourism activities in the province have been bustling, the number of tourists to Ninh Binh is increasing.
In just 10 months, the number of tourists visiting tourist attractions in Ninh Binh province is estimated at over 7.6 million, an increase of 30.86% over the same period last year and equal to 102.4% compared to the 2024 plan, with estimated revenue reaching over 7.7 trillion VND.
In the coming time, the Ninh Binh provincial tourism sector will continue to promote, urge and guide the management units of tourist areas and spots to strictly implement measures to ensure security, order and environmental sanitation. Focus on investing in renovating and upgrading technical facilities and equipment. Prepare human resources and ensure adequate resources to serve tourists with the best conditions.
At the same time, continue to coordinate with sectors and localities to focus on strengthening management and innovating state management of tourism, well implementing regulations on cultural and civilized behavior with tourists, contributing to attracting a large number of domestic and international tourists to Ninh Binh.
