On September 27, the Quang Tri Provincial Tourism Association held a Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress elected an Executive Committee of 37 members, of which the Standing Committee has 9 members.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - President was elected to hold the position of President of the Association for the new term.
Speaking at the congress, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province Hoang Xuan Tan highly appreciated the role and contributions of the Tourism Association in recent times, and at the same time expected that this organization would continue to promote the "common home" role of businesses and members; promote sustainable development of the tourism industry, practically contributing to local socio-economic growth.
In the coming term, Quang Tri Tourism Association will identify many strategic directions: creating a harmonious coordination mechanism; supporting domestic prices; increasing membership benefits; promoting digital transformation, developing human resources and improving service quality.
At the same time, continue to build the brand of Quang Tri destination, expand internal connections and integrate internationally.
Congratulating the Congress, Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Lan - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Tourism Association affirmed that the Vietnam Tourism Association will continue to accompany and coordinate with the Quang Tri Tourism Association in implementing major policies of the Party and Government on developing tourism into a spearhead economic sector.
