The heavy rain that has continued since November 16 has severely affected the railway industry. In particular, the North-South railway section through Dieu Tri - Nha Trang was flooded with up to 0.4m of rain.
On the afternoon of November 16, heavy rain caused deep flooding on the Nga Ba - Cam Thinh Dong railway section (Nam Cam Ranh commune). Combined with water pouring in from upstream, it brought soil and rocks to fill the train railings. From 15:05 on November 16, all trains at Nga Ba Station and Cam Thinh Dong Station will be temporarily suspended.

On the morning of November 19, according to Nha Trang Railway Transport Branch, due to the impact of floods in the Central provinces, the company continued to cancel a number of trains as follows:
Trains SE22, SE6 depart from Saigon Station on November 19, 2025.
Train SE21 departs at Da Nang Station on November 19, 2025.
SE7 train departs at Hanoi station on November 19, 2025.
The SE3/SE4 train departs on November 19, 2025, from Saigon to Da Nang and vice versa.
Passengers who have tickets to the above trains need to contact the stations to complete ticket payment procedures, there is no ticket payment fee within 30 days.

In addition, on November 19, passenger ships to Phu Quy island, Trung Trac, Superdong Phu Quy 1 and Superdong Phu Quy 2, were forced to temporarily stop to ensure safety.
Specifically, the Trung Trac ship suspended all its journey and returned on November 27. The two Superdong Phu Quy 1 and 2 ships will stop from November 21 to 22.
Superdong Phu Quy 1 is expected to resume running at 10:30 on November 23, while Superdong Phu Quy 2 departs at 6:00 a.m. on November 24, but the schedule may change depending on weather conditions.
