The 2026 Sea Barefoot Race will take place from 4:30 AM to 8:00 AM on July 26th at Ariyana Sea Garden, Ngu Hanh Son ward, within the framework of the Da Nang Enjoyment Festival 2026.
Not placing too much emphasis on achievements, the event aims to experience movement in nature, connect the community and promote the image of the coastal city.
The difference of the race is that participants run barefoot on sand with a distance of 4 km along the beach. The route starts from the beach of Ariyana Da Nang International Convention Center, runs to the area opposite Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang hotel and then returns to the starting point.
Open space on the beach at the same time taking place at dawn brings a close experience to nature. Participants both exercise and enjoy the fresh air and beauty of Da Nang beach in the early hours of the day.
The organizers said that the race is suitable for many ages. Children can accompany their parents, groups of friends and the running-loving community to participate on the same route. It is the openness and not too much emphasis on competition that has helped the event become an activity chosen by many families during the holidays.
