Units are required to inspect and review the power supply system in relics; proactively implement plans to protect historical and cultural relics in the management area; temporarily suspend entertainment, recreation, and tourism activities during the flood warning period.

Strengthen effective natural disaster prevention and search and rescue work, avoiding incidents at relics to minimize damage caused by storms and floods.

Develop a diagram of locations, a list of statistics of damaged relics and artifacts at relics after the incident, as a basis for comparison, recovery and incident remediation, clarifying the responsibilities of related organizations and individuals (if any).

The degraded and severely degraded relics at risk of collapse are located near rivers and lakes and need to take measures to prevent natural disasters and search and rescue to avoid flooding.

For relics that have been demolished or are under construction, effective protection measures are needed to avoid damage caused by storms and floods, in order to ensure safety throughout the restoration period.

For riverside relics, management units need to proactively monitor flood developments on mass media, announcements from local authorities, relevant ministries and branches to take timely measures to ensure the safety of life and property...

Closely coordinate with relevant units to deploy flood response plans; prepare forces, means, and available materials to move artifacts, worship items, and important documents to a safe place.

Units need to organize the remediation of consequences according to the instructions of competent authorities.

Implement measures to ensure environmental sanitation, such as: Maintaining regular sweeping and cleaning at relics; arranging garbage collection and transportation places in the right places to ensure the landscape of relics is green, clean and beautiful.

Continue to direct relevant units to strengthen security and order in the area to stabilize the situation related to religious activities at the relic.

Inspect, guide, and propagate organizations, individuals, and subcommittees managing relics in fire prevention and fighting, natural disasters, and restoration and rehabilitation of relics in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage and current regulations of the Law and the City.
