Hai Duong - Hai Duong organizes "Learning about Vietnam Day" at the Con Son - Kiep Bac Special National Monument, introducing Vietnamese cultural heritage to the international community.

On May 16, at the National Special National Monument Con Son - Kiep Bac (Chi Linh City), Hai Duong People's Committee in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized the program "Learn about Vietnam" in 2025. The event is one of the outstanding cultural foreign activities, in order to promote the image of the country and people of Vietnam to the international community.

Learning about Vietnam Day is an annual program organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2015, for Ambassadors and Chief Representatives of international organizations working in Hanoi.

After nearly a decade of organization, the program has become an important cultural bridge, helping diplomats of the delegation better understand foreign policies and socio-economic development achievements of Vietnam. At the same time, explore the unique features of the cultural and traditional life of the Vietnamese people.

This year, the program took place over two days (May 16 - 17) in three provinces: Bac Giang, Hai Duong and Quang Ninh - which own the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, and Kiep Bac relic complex and scenic spots. This is a complex that Vietnam is developing a dossier to nominate for UNESCO to list it as a World Heritage Site.

Speaking at the meeting of the Ambassador Delegation, the Chief of the Representative of International Organizations and the National Committee of UNESCO Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung - Vice Chairman of Hai Duong People's Committee - emphasized that the government and people of three provinces of Hai Duong, Quang Ninh and Bac Giang always unite, strive to preserve and promote the values ​​of tangible and intangible heritage of the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac population. This is not only a valuable heritage of Vietnam but also has great significance to the human community.

The nomination for UNESCO to recognize the collective as a World Heritage Site is a step of strategic significance, aiming to spread the value of national culture. At the same time, it affirms Vietnam's responsibility in preserving and promoting the common heritage of humanity.
