"For Dien Bien province, this is the first time the 3-country Throwing Festival has been organized with many rich activities at the provincial level.

According to Mr. Tran Hai Ha, at this festival of Throwing 3 countries, instead of only organizing activities in the square area, the organizing committee has arranged and arranged events in many public places in the province, such as: cultural villages, tourism; Muong Thanh tourist market... This is also a factor that helps increase the practical experience for tourists on culture, cuisine, and local products.

The 9th Vietnam - Laos - China 3rd Nemost Festival in 2025 will be hosted by Dien Bien province with the participation of delegations from Dien Bien province, Lai Chau province; delegations from Phong-Sa-ly province (Laos); Delegations from Giang Thanh district, Pu'er city - Yunnan province (China).
The festival has the theme "Solidarity, friendship - strengthening the border - Developing together". The festival takes place in Dien Bien Phu ward, Dien Bien province for 3 days (from December 19 to December 21, 2025).
