HCMC - ITE HCMC 2026 closed with impressive results in scale, internationalization level, connectivity efficiency, attracting 47,960 visitors to attend and visit.

On the evening of September 5, the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Promotion Center said that after 3 days of excitement (August 27 - 29), the 20th Ho Chi Minh City International Travel Mart (ITE HCMC 2026) closed with outstanding growth results in scale, internationalization level and connectivity efficiency.

The event continues to affirm its position as one of the prestigious international tourism events in Vietnam and the region, attracting the participation of management agencies, businesses, international organizations, buyers, press agencies and the public.

This year's fair recorded 47,960 visitors attending and visiting the fair, including commercial visitors, public visitors and visitors participating in activities and events organized in direct and online forms.

The fair also promotes the effectiveness of trade connection with more than 21,000 B2B appointments between international buyers and exhibition units, contributing to expanding cooperation opportunities, connecting markets and promoting tourism business activities.

ITE HCMC 2026 gathers 309 high-level buyers representatives, press representatives, content creators and international media partners from 32 countries and territories; more than 50 multinational corporations, tourism businesses and leading MICE organizations in the world, typical in various fields.

The event also has more than 520 exhibition units and tourism brands, including 410 booths from many countries and territories, representing tourism promotion agencies and international businesses from Portugal, Bhutan, Cambodia, UAE, Taiwan (China), South Korea, Indonesia, Switzerland, Sri Lanka, Italy...

This year's event also has the participation of 34 provinces and cities in Vietnam, of which 26 provinces and cities participate in booth exhibitions, focusing on introducing a series of new tourism products, breakthroughs in a new, larger and more diverse tourism space.

The fair also has 15 forums, conferences and thematic seminars, attracting more than 1,100 direct delegates and more than 8,500 online viewers, creating a space for in-depth exchanges on trends, policies and tourism development solutions in the new context.

In particular, for the first time, Ho Chi Minh City simultaneously hosted 33 Mekong Subregion Tourism Ministers' Meetings (CLV, ACMECS, CLMV), affirming the increasingly important role of Ho Chi Minh City in regional tourism cooperation and connection.
