On February 18 (the 2nd day of Tet), the total number of visitors to An Giang for sightseeing and tourism is estimated at more than 209,000 visitors (up 95.8% compared to the same period), of which international visitors were more than 12,000 visitors (up 20.7% compared to the same period). Total revenue from tourism is estimated at over 330 billion VND (up 51.2% compared to the same period).
Accumulated from February 14 to February 18, 2026 (December 27 to the 2nd day of Tet), An Giang is estimated to welcome nearly 554,000 visitors for sightseeing and tourism (up 84.4% over the same period). Of which, there are more than 54,000 international visitors (up 27.1% over the same period). Total revenue from tourism is estimated to reach over 1,290 billion VND (up 37.3% over the same period).
Phu Quoc special zone alone on February 18 (the 2nd day of Tet) is estimated to welcome more than 39,000 visitors (up 28.3% compared to the same period), of which nearly 11,000 international visitors (up 7.1% compared to the same period). Accumulated from February 14 to February 18 (December 27 to the 2nd day of Tet), Phu Quoc is estimated to welcome more than 169,000 visitors for sightseeing and tourism (up 22.6% compared to the same period). Of which, there are more than 51,000 international visitors (up 21.5% compared to the same period).
Recorded from communes, wards, and special zones in the province, estimated reception (accumulated for 5 days): Ha Tien more than 43,000 visits, Kien Hai nearly 11,000 visits, Vinh Te more than 208,000 visits, Nui Cam more than 17,000 visits.
