On the evening of November 30, Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa organized the “Christmas tree lighting” program. In addition to guests and local people, there was also the special participation of 40 children from Nhan Ai Shelter (Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa).
Mr. Paul Dunn - General Manager of Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa, said that this is an annual program organized by the hotel and the children from Nhan Ai Shelter have been the honored guests of this ceremony since 2009 until now.
To prepare for the program, more than 200 hotel managers and staff spent nearly 2 months developing the script, decorating... This year, the hotel chose the theme "Santa Claus Village" with a message of peace and warmth to visitors and residents.
A 6m high Christmas tree is placed in the center of the hotel lobby with two main colors: green and red. Next to it is a giant gingerbread house with an area of nearly 10m2 decorated with gift boxes, red socks, miniature gingerbread houses, etc.
The Christmas tree lighting ceremony opened with a Christmas choir performance by staff from various departments of the hotel.
Mr. Paul Dunn welcomed the children and visitors to the program and together counted down to lighting the Christmas tree. The symbolic image of the Christmas season will be lit continuously from the night of November 30, 2024 until the new year 2025.
The program will be followed by performances by children and the moment Santa Claus rings the bell, brings a giant gift bag to the children and joins them. These experiences will bring a warm, happy and vibrant start to the end-of-year holiday season.
