At noon on November 28, a three-story house on Phuong Sai Street, Phuong Sai Ward, Nha Trang City suddenly caught fire. At the time of the fire, there were adults and children inside the house.
At around 10am the same day, local residents discovered smoke coming from the house. A fire broke out shortly after, so everyone shouted and notified the authorities to come and put out the fire.
Upon receiving the news, the fire fighting force was dispatched to the scene, coordinating with the Phuong Sai ward authorities to come up with solutions.
Many fire trucks and dozens of firefighters were present to spray water to put out the fire.
By about 11:40, the fire was extinguished. However, smoke was still billowing heavily.
Currently, people have determined that there are adults and children inside the house, who have not been taken out.
