On January 29, the Military Command of Khanh Hoa province informed about the plan to organize low-altitude fireworks displays to serve people and tourists on New Year's Eve of Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.
Accordingly, on New Year's Eve, Khanh Hoa province will organize fireworks displays at 7 locations in the area.
The firing locations include: April 2nd Square area and Hon Tre island area (Nha Trang ward); Quang Hoi fishing port area (Van Thang commune); area near Cam Lam Commune Party Committee headquarters; area near Cam Ranh Ward People's Committee headquarters; area behind Nam Cam Ranh Commune Party Committee headquarters; April 16th Square area (Dong Hai ward).
Each point arranges from 90 to 150 low-altitude fireworks displays. The firing time at most points starts from 0:00 on February 17 and lasts for about 10-15 minutes.
The two early firing points include: the firing point in Nam Cam Ranh commune taking place at 9:00 PM on February 16; the firing point in Cam Ranh ward taking place at 10:00 PM on February 16.
According to the Military Command of Khanh Hoa province, the organization of fireworks displays on New Year's Eve of Binh Ngo Tet aims to serve the spiritual needs of the people, create a joyful atmosphere, and encourage all classes of people to actively work, produce, and build their homeland and country.
To ensure that fireworks activities take place according to plan and ensure absolute safety, the Provincial Military Command requests military forces, police and relevant departments, agencies, branches, and localities to proactively deploy good preparation work; organize fireworks displays on time and at approved locations.
