This is a proposal of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Lam Dong province to report to the People's Committee of Lam Dong province.
The resettlement area combines preserving traditional ethnic minority culture, developing eco- tourism and culture in Don Duong district in Hamanhai 1 village, Pro commune. Project area is about 8.37 hectares; rural land planning.
There are currently no roads, electricity systems, water supply and drainage systems. The project area is expected to arrange all isolated rural land. Forecasted population size of the planning area is 292 people in 73 concentrated households and 40 on-site households.

Construction investment items include site leveling; roads, community houses, schools, vocational training support, tourism promotion ; production support for ethnic minorities; Resettlement support for 30 households.
The resettlement area combines traditional cultural preservation of the Ban Brun ethnic group in Gia Vien commune, Cat Tien district, 2 km from the commune center, partly adjacent to the special-use forest of Cat Tien National Park.
Brun village has an area of 29.13 hectares, a population of 25 households/80 people, 100% of the Ma ethnic group, and is one of the resettlement areas in the district with a favorable geographical location and suitable for construction. The investment need to build essential infrastructure in this resettlement area includes: community houses, traditional houses, toilets, gates, fences, rest huts, flagpoles, and trees.
Some proposed additional items include: Increasing the number of public toilets, relocating decorative light posts, installing additional lighting posts in 4 corners of the village, opening side gates for vehicles transporting decorations. sound and lighting equipment to serve programs held in the village, dismantling the cultural houses of two villages, K'Long Trao 1 and K'Long Trao 2, to build parking lots, parks and pavilions.
