Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has issued Plan No. 4928/KH-UBND on organizing the Opening Ceremony of "Welcoming the Summer Tourism Season 2026" and announced the General Plan for the construction of Mui Ne National Tourist Area to 2040, with a vision to 2050.
The plan was issued to celebrate the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026). In addition, announce and publicize the General Plan for the construction of Mui Ne National Tourist Area to 2040, vision to 2050 to all levels, sectors, business communities and people to know and implement.
Through this, introduce the potential and strengths of Mui Ne National Tourist Area to continue to call for and mobilize domestic and foreign investment resources, contributing to the effective implementation of socio-economic development goals.
The locality develops the destination brand "Lam Dong - Journey of Sea, Flowers, Great Forests" through organizing the Opening Ceremony of activities "Welcoming the Summer Tourism Season 2026" and announcing the General Plan for building Mui Ne National Tourist Area to 2040, vision to 2050, in order to position and enhance the brand value of Lam Dong tourism in the domestic and international markets.
From there, contributing to completing the target of welcoming 25.08 million visitors in 2026, contributing to the implementation of the "double-digit" growth target in 2026 of Lam Dong province.
The plan aims to link the Program with environmental protection, biodiversity conservation and promote green tourism and sustainable development in Lam Dong province.
The opening ceremony of the activity "Welcoming the summer tourism season 2026" and the announcement of the General Plan for the construction of Mui Ne National Tourist Area to 2040, vision to 2050 are expected to be held on April 27th in the area in front of the Lam Dong Provincial Theater and Cultural and Art Exhibition with the theme "Coming to Lam Dong - Hunting for thousands of clouds, surfing silver waves".
Along with the main program will be programs and response activities such as: Organizing display spaces, introducing products, tourism images, OCOP and the General Plan map for the construction of Mui Ne National Tourist Area; Building, launching and announcing promotional programs, stimulating tourism demand with the messages "Lam Dong - Come to love", "Lam Dong people - Experience Lam Dong Tourism" in response to the Opening Ceremony of the "Welcoming Summer Tourism Season 2026" activity and announcing the General Plan for the construction of Mui Ne National Tourist Area to 2040, vision to 2050.
