In this area, Sun Group is implementing a large-scale tourism - real estate ecosystem, making a significant mark in the local market. Kim Boi owns a natural hot mineral source of 40 - 50°C, rich in minerals, suitable for developing a resort model combined with health care. The area is oriented to become a high-class hot mineral resort center.
Lac Son stands out with its mountainous terrain, cool climate and open landscape in the Thung Hill area - a suitable place to develop hillside resorts, ecological villas and large-scale entertainment areas.
The project complex stretches from Cuoi Ha (Kim Boi) to Doi Thung - Quy Hoa (Lac Son) including an ecological urban area, entertainment area and cable car system, with an area of nearly 189 hectares and a total investment of more than 6,656 billion VND.
In Lac Son commune, Sun Group is simultaneously implementing 2 projects including the ecological urban area - Ho Kha high-end hot mineral resort with the main product being lake view hill villa, aiming for a special resort product line.
Along with that is the Doi Thung ecological urban area, resort and high-end entertainment project with a scale of more than 186 hectares, with a total implementation cost of about 5,306 billion VND.

The appearance of a trillion-dong project system quickly created movement in the local market. The resort segment is repositioned towards high-end, attracting the attention of investors and service businesses. Some areas along the project have recorded fluctuations in land prices as infrastructure and tourism products are expected to be completed soon.
The projects are also expected to promote the upgrading of connecting infrastructure to the core tourism area, including internal roads, access roads to resorts and inter-commune traffic routes, thereby shortening travel time from Hanoi and neighboring provinces.
When items such as theme parks, hot mineral resorts and experience services come into operation, Kim Boi and Lac Son have the potential to become long-term accommodation destinations instead of just welcoming guests during the day.
Based on the existing natural advantages and a series of large-scale projects being implemented, the two communes of Kim Boi and Lac Son are facing a new wave of investment in the post-merger period, opening up room for strong development in tourism, services and local economy.
