Bac Son and Huu Lien communes have just been approved by Lang Son Provincial People's Committee to supplement 50 billion VND to implement the Community Tourism Development Project for the period 2026 - 2027.
According to this decision, the total estimated additional amount for the two localities is 50 billion VND. The specific allocation level includes Bac Son commune 30 billion VND, Huu Lien commune 20 billion VND.
The above budget is aimed at funding the implementation of the Project to develop Quynh Son and Huu Lien Community Tourist Villages in the period 2026 - 2027.

The capital source is deducted from the support source of the Project that has been stipulated by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 787/QD-UBND issued on May 1, 2026.
To tighten financial discipline, Lang Son Provincial People's Committee requests commune authorities to be responsible for managing, using and finalizing funding sources in accordance with the State Budget Law.
The project implementation must ensure timeliness, efficiency, and the right purpose and policy regime. In particular, the province emphasized the requirement "absolutely not to let losses, waste, and negativity occur".
The Department of Finance is assigned to be fully responsible before the law and the Provincial People's Committee for the accuracy of the data. At the same time, this agency will directly inspect the management and use of funds in localities receiving budget supplements.
This investment is expected to create a major boost for the local tourism industry, especially when Bac Son is possessing outstanding advantages in both nature and culture.
This land not only bears a strong historical and heroic imprint in the resistance war but is also famous for its poetic scenery, surrounded by undulating mountain ranges, valleys and rivers winding around ripe golden rice fields.
The highlight of Bac Son is Quynh Son Community Cultural and Tourism Village with a uniform architecture of hundreds of south-facing stilt houses, spacious space, harmonious with nature.
In particular, at the end of 2025, Quynh Son village was honored by the United Nations Tourism Organization (UN Tourism) as "Best Tourism Village of 2025".
Meanwhile, Huu Lien commune is also holding many ideal launching pads to break through. In recent years, thanks to the attention and investment of the State, the inter-district transportation system here has developed quite synchronously.
This locality also owns Huu Lien special-use forest, provincial-level relic sites and unique cultural spaces of ethnic minority villages. These are core strengths for Huu Lien to develop diverse types such as spiritual tourism, ecotourism and community tourism.
